We sell mushroom-based edibles to adults aged 21 and older in the United States, and Baseline Botanicals is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit baselinebotanicals.com, verify your age, place an order, sign up for emails, leave a review or otherwise contact us (together, the "Services"). ID images are collected and processed by AgeChecker.Net.
  • Payment information — card or other payment details, transaction details and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Order information — the products you view, add to your cart or buy, and your orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
  • Account information — if you create an account: your username, password, security questions, preferences and settings.
  • Communications with us — what you send through our contact form or by email, such as your order number, topic, message and any batch codes you ask about.
  • Email sign-ups — your email address and when you subscribed.
  • Reviews — if you leave a review: your name, rating, review text and any photos or videos you upload.
  • Device and usage information — your IP address, browser, device type and other identifiers, and how and when you use the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We don't ask for health information, and we ask that you don't send it to us.

  • From our service providers — for example, the result of your age check from AgeChecker.Net, delivery updates from shipping carriers and payment confirmation from payment processors.
  • From our partners or other third parties, where permitted by law.

How we use it

  • Verify your age and follow the law. To confirm you are 21 or older before any order ships, to limit checkout to places we ship to, to keep records showing that we checked, and to meet our other legal obligations — including responding to valid legal process and requests from authorities.
  • Provide and improve the Services. To process payments, fulfil and ship orders, handle returns and refunds, create and manage your account, send order and shipping notifications, answer your questions, publish your review if you leave one, and understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.

Age restriction and children

The Services are only for adults aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, other than what is needed to determine that a person does not meet our age requirement.
