Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to US territories, to APO/FPO addresses, or to PO Boxes.
The 35 states we currently ship to
Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming.
Our checkout enforces this automatically. If your address is outside that list, no shipping rate will be offered and the order cannot be completed.
States where kratom is prohibited
We will not accept orders to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, or the District of Columbia.
We also do not ship to California, where state health authorities prohibit kratom in foods and dietary supplements, or to North Dakota, where no retail licensing channel currently exists.
States we are not shipping to yet
Rhode Island and West Virginia require sellers — including out-of-state online sellers — to register before shipping in. We are not yet registered and will not ship to either state until we are.
Mississippi permits kratom at the state level, but more than a dozen Mississippi counties and cities prohibit it, and state law expressly preserves those local bans. Until we can enforce that at the ZIP level, we are not shipping to Mississippi at all. We would rather turn away a lawful order than fill an unlawful one.
Kentucky
Kentucky's sales ban takes effect 1 January 2027. We ship there until then and will close it before that date.
Age verification
Every order requires verification that the purchaser is 21 or older. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded in full. Adult signature is required on delivery; we cannot leave orders unattended.
Rates and processing
Standard shipping is $8.00 and arrives in 3–5 business days. Express is $15.00. Shipping is free on orders over $49. Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day ship the same day.
If the law changes
Kratom law moves quickly — five states closed during 2026 and one reopened. If a jurisdiction bans kratom after you order but before we ship, we will cancel and refund the order in full. We review this page against current law and update it as states act.
