We publish the full certificate of analysis for every lot we sell. Not a summary, not a badge — the actual report, with the batch code that matches the one on your pack.
Who tests it
Testing is by PharmLabs San Diego, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (Acc. #85368), by HPLC. Every kratom lot is quantified for mitragynine, 7-hydroxymitragynine, MGM-15, speciogynine and speciociliatine, with limits of detection and quantification stated on the report.
What we will not sell
We do not carry products containing 7-hydroxymitragynine above trace levels, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 or MGM-16.
We read the certificate of analysis on every product we are offered, and we decline the ones that do not clear — including products we could have sold profitably. That is the standard the name refers to.
How to read a batch report
Each report lists an analyte, its limit of detection (LOD), its limit of quantification (LOQ), and the measured result as a percentage, per gram, per serving and per unit.
ND means not detected — the analyte was below the instrument's limit of detection. On our kratom extract, 7-hydroxymitragynine and MGM-15 both read ND.
Match the sample ID on the report to the batch code printed on your pack. If they do not match, contact us before using the product.
