You must be 21 or older to buy from us
We apply 21+ nationwide. Some states set 18 and some set no minimum, but we do not use those carve-outs — one standard, everywhere, is both simpler and safer.
How we verify
We verify age at checkout against commercially available identity databases drawn primarily from government records. If an order cannot be verified automatically, we ask for a government-issued photo ID before shipping. Every delivery requires an adult signature.
Orders that fail verification
Cancelled and refunded in full. You are never charged for an order we cannot lawfully complete.
Marketing
We do not market to anyone under 21. We do not use packaging, imagery, or language designed to appeal to minors.
If you believe a minor has purchased from us, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order.
