Refunds & Returns
Because these are ingestible products, we cannot accept returns of opened packs, and we cannot resell any product that has left our control.
Unopened packs
May be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less return shipping. The blister must be intact and the batch code legible.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund in full, and we pay the shipping.
Blocked or cancelled orders
If we cannot lawfully ship to your address, or age verification does not pass, we cancel and refund in full within 3 business days. You are never charged for an order we cannot ship.
Refused or undeliverable packages
Refunded less shipping and a 15% restocking fee, because we cannot resell returned ingestibles.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the batch code printed on the pack. We will send return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.
